How We Operate

Once we receive your RFQ we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to come and survey the project. Once this has been completed we can issue you a final offer taking into account any variations that may have been brought up. If you would like to proceed we then take full payment, and the Rail & Glass are installed in two separate visits. For more information, please see our Terms & Conditions

Glass Manifestations / Graphics

All our glass products come standard with a band of DDA compliant dots we install in the glazing phase in order to meet building regulations requirements (unless otherwise instructed not to)
In regards to custom banding & graphics we do offer this however as we subcontract this to a local company & dont do it “in house”, these are POA, you can email us on [email protected], quoting your order reference, include your graphics in .ai/svg or a similar vector format (for quality) and what you would like and we can provide you with a costing.

Calculator Use

System Fire Rating

The system we use can be outfitted with FD30 glass to provide a 30 minute resistance, however the glass included in the calculators is not FD rated. We would need to come and survey the project to give you an accurate costing on a FD partition as its not just the partition that would affect fire performance. For instance if the FD partition was fitted under an existing non FD suspended ceiling, this would make the FD rating of the partition redundant and the desired performance would not be achieved…

Payment on Credit

Universities, Schools, Hospitals, Local Government and Government organisations may apply for a credit account. We do not offer credit outside of these organisations.
